XBOX Game Pass October 2026 Wave 2 Lineup
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade headlines October’s second XBOX Game Pass wave, with eight games through November 3 and 11 leaving.
Nine months after it arrived on XBOX Series X|S, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is heading to Game Pass as the headliner of October’s second wave. The wave runs from October 21 through November 3 with eight additions in total, including two day one releases and a Game Preview title that’s expanding to Game Pass Premium. It’s a smaller batch than the first wave, which had nine games led by Battlefield 6, though three of this wave’s titles share a single date near the end of the month.
Things get started on October 21 with Sandustry expanding to Game Pass Premium on PC. The factory game joined Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass as a day one Game Preview release back in August, the same day it entered Early Access on Steam. Developed by Lantto Games and published by Hooded Horse, it’s a 2D automation game set in a fully destructible pixel world, where every bit of terrain can be mined and fed into production chains built from conveyor belts, pipes, pumps, and drones. The team plans to keep it in Early Access for about a year.
Dodo Duckie follows on October 22 on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. It’s a puzzle platformer from BornMonkie, a small team based in Hyderabad, India, and it launched on PC and XBOX Series X|S back in July. Players control a duckling trying to rescue his chicken family after an alien beam carries them off, and a magical cap lets you switch between 2D side-scrolling and 3D third-person views at any moment to uncover hidden paths and platforms. PlayStation 5 and Switch versions are planned for later this year.

The wave’s first day one release is Scramble Knights Online, which enters Game Preview on October 26 on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. Developer Funktronic Labs originally tested the game on Steam as a battle royale called Scramble Knights Royale before reworking it into a multiplayer adventure RPG, which the studio describes as not quite an MMO but more than a co-op game. Players explore the shared online kingdom of Terracott as a knight in training, taking on quests, dungeons, and bosses with friends before heading home to forge new gear for the next outing.
On October 27, The Séance of Blake Manor arrives on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for all three tiers, the same day the game launches on consoles. Spooky Doorway’s supernatural detective mystery first released on PC in October 2025, and publisher Raw Fury is bringing it to PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and Switch 2 exactly a year later. Set in 1897 Ireland, it has detective Declan Ward investigating the disappearance of a young woman from a remote hotel full of mystics who’ve gathered to contact the dead, and the time spent on each action counts down the 48 hours left before the séance.
October 29 is the busiest date of the wave, starting with Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. The game launched on XBOX Series X|S and Switch 2 on January 22, retelling the original story up to the escape from Midgar and including the Intermission episode starring Yuffie. In my Final Fantasy VII Rebirth review, I said Remake delivered on the dream I’d had since Advent Children of playing a Final Fantasy game that looked that good, while Rebirth is the one that actually fulfilled the fantasy, and I still consider Rebirth the best game I’ve ever played. Rebirth followed on XBOX Series X|S in June, though it isn’t part of this wave.

Also on October 29, Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted joins through EA Play on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. PopCap’s HD remaster of the original lane defense game launched last October at $19.99 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, XBOX One, XBOX Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC. Along with the upscaled visuals, it added local co-op and a versus mode where a second player controls the zombies, a Cloudy Day mode that limits sunlight, and a permadeath Rest in Peace option for the main adventure.
The same day brings the wave’s second day one release, Terrible Lizards, on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. It’s the debut game from WDR Studios, which was founded by the creators of JT Music, and it’s a first-person horror parkour game where a stranded traveler on Route 66 searches a deserted dinosaur attraction and ends up in the caverns beneath it. There’s no way to fight back, so survival comes down to running, sliding, climbing, and wall-running while keeping quiet enough that the dinosaurs don’t notice you.
The wave wraps up on November 3 with Pit of Goblin on Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, and PC for all three tiers. Friendly Foe’s online co-op horror game has you playing as a goblin scavenging dungeons, dodging traps, and running from monsters to bring back food for the Goblin King-Queen, either alongside up to three friends or on your own. Come back empty-handed and you might be the next meal. The game has been in Early Access on Steam since December 2024 at $5.99.
Beyond the new additions, The Elder Scrolls Online’s Season 2 update, Echoes of Skyrim, arrives on October 21 with a return to Western Skyrim, two new solo dungeons, and a Season Two Tamriel Tome in free and premium versions that runs until January 27. Subscribers across every tier, including Game Pass Essential, can also grab a Welcome Pack for The Finals right now, which includes 500 Multibucks, a 25 percent XP boost, and the Pretty Hostile cosmetic set, while World of Tanks Modern Armor adds an XP Stock bundle of repair kits, med kits, and fire suppressors on November 3.
Nine games leave the XBOX Game Pass library on October 31, with two more departing on November 10, and members can save 20 percent on any of them before they go. The October 31 list includes three Double Fine remasters at once, along with Deep Rock Galactic, Wartales, and Wildgate. Football Manager 26, the entry that followed the canceled Football Manager 25, leaves on November 10 in both its PC and Console Edition forms.
