Sony has revealed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for May 2026, with three titles available to all PlayStation Plus members from May 5 until June 1. The headliner this month is EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, which arrives just in time for the back half of the football (soccer) calendar. The latest entry in the series introduces two gameplay presets, Authentic and Competitive, designed to give Career Mode players and Ultimate Team competitors their own tuned experience. The package includes 20,000 players across more than 750 clubs and national teams, 120 stadiums, and 35 leagues. PlayStation Plus members also get a special Icons Pack add-on redeemable during the game’s Monthly Games window.

Next on the list is Wuchang: Fallen Feathers on PlayStation 5, the soulslike action RPG from Leenzee and 505 Games that launched last July. Set in the chaotic final years of China’s Ming Dynasty, players take on the role of Wuchang, a female pirate warrior who awakens with no memory of her past in the land of Shu. The land is plagued by warring factions and a phenomenon called Feathering, which mutates the afflicted into monstrous creatures. The game has a deep weapon and skill system, including the signature Skyborn Might combat mechanic and the option to embrace the power of Feathering itself.

The final title is Nine Sols on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, which we first covered when it made the jump from PC to consoles in November 2024. The hand-drawn 2D action-platformer from Red Candle Games features Sekiro-inspired deflection-focused combat and a Taopunk setting that blends cyberpunk with Taoism and far eastern mythology. Players control Yi on a vengeful quest to slay the nine rulers of the forsaken realm of New Kunlun. It’s been Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam since launch, and if you’ve never tried it, this is a great no-risk way to see what the buzz is about.

Since these three games go live on May 5, PlayStation Plus members have until May 4 to add April’s Monthly Games (Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream) to their library.
