September’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games are a group of four this time, one more than most months this year, spanning tactical sniping, baseball, a wobbly co-op sandbox, and a classic-style JRPG. All four titles are available to PlayStation Plus members from September 1 until October 5.

Kicking things off is Sniper Elite: Resistance on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, which turns the series’ attention toward a hidden war deep within occupied France in a story that runs parallel to Sniper Elite 5. The full campaign can be played in co-op, the fan-favorite Axis Invasion mode returns to let you invade another player’s campaign as an Axis sniper, and there are competitive 16-player battles alongside a Survival mode that supports up to four players. It’s the 2025 entry from Rebellion, the studio that announced Alien Deathstorm earlier this year.

The next game for September is MLB The Show 26 on PlayStation 5, this year’s entry in San Diego Studio’s long-running baseball sim. Road to the Show lets you chase a spot at the MLB Draft Combine or catch the eye of one of 11 new college teams, while Diamond Dynasty adds the new Red Diamond rarity player cards across series like the World Baseball Classic, the 2026 All-Star Game, and the Pipeline Series. PlayStation Plus members also get exclusive access to the Jump Start Bundle on the PlayStation Store for a limited time, which unlocks five The Show Packs, one Equipment Pack, and the Jumpstart Choice Pack.

Also in the lineup is Wobbly Life on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, an open-world sandbox you can explore solo or with up to three other players through online or local split-screen co-op. Nearly everything on its tropical island is interactive, with story missions, mini-games, toys, and secrets scattered throughout, and Arcade mode adds Trash Zone, Hide & Seek, Wobble Run, and Sandbox modes with customizable settings.

Lastly, there’s Chained Echoes on PlayStation 4, a story-driven single-player JRPG from solo developer Matthias Linda. Styled after 16-bit Golden Era RPGs, it follows a group of heroes traveling the continent of Valandis to end a war between three kingdoms, set in a fantasy world where dragons are as common as piloted mechs. The game previously joined Game Pass in December 2023.

As a reminder, you have until August 31 to add August’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games (Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis) to your library before they’re gone.
