PowerWash Simulator fans, the day has finally arrived! FuturLab has announced the sequel to one of the most oddly fascinating games out there. Set to launch sometime in 2025, PowerWash Simulator 2 is a follow-up to the popular Overwhelmingly Positive game on Steam, which has over 44,000 user reviews, where players use a power washer to spray away dirt and grime on nearly everything imaginable. It’s strangely relaxing and fun, despite its weird premise for a game.

Along with the announcement trailer, FuturLab shared a few tidbits on what to expect in PowerWash Simulator 2. For starters, players will get a new base of operations—a hub to meet up with friends. This home base comes in handy for more than just assembling your team; the team will share more about that in the near future. The sequel will continue from the events of PowerWash Simulator, packed with a career featuring 38 levels. Expect to go from Lubri City to Pumpton and everything in between.

One major change in PowerWash Simulator 2 is the addition of local split-screen co-op and shared online career progression. Also, the soap system has been reworked to make the cleaning experience more satisfying than ever.

For now, PowerWash Simulator 2 doesn’t have a release date, but FuturLab did confirm it will launch later in 2025.
