The April 2024 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup has been announced, fully revealing the list of games joining Dave the Diver and Tales of Kenzera: ZAU. Most titles in April’s lineup will be available on the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog starting April 16. However, PlayStation announced early that Animal Well will be a day-one release on the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, launching on May 9. Animal Well is the first game published by videogamedunkey’s BIGMODE. Set in a pixel-art world, players will discover a mysterious, non-linear, and interconnected environment filled with puzzles across more than 250 rooms. This combat-free Metroidvania will be available on PlayStation 5.

Both Tales of Kenzera: ZAU (PlayStation 5) and Dave the Diver (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5) were previously confirmed to be part of this month’s lineup. Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is a single-player story game on how love can give us the courage to push on after devastating loss. It comes from actor Abubakar Salim’s new studio, and is heavily inspired by his own experience with grief. Dave the Diver is a casual, single-player game that merges deep-sea exploration with sushi restaurant management and a quirky cast.

Interested in a new type of dodgeball? Oddballers fits the bill on PlayStation 4, featuring brutally unfair tactics and environmental hazards like electric fences, explosive gas tanks, and tennis ball launchers. This multiplayer party game supports up to four players in local co-op and offers online matches against five other contenders. A game that’s entirely different from Oddballers is Construction Simulator, available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Returning larger and more impressive than ever, the game allows players to fulfill their ambition of becoming successful construction entrepreneurs. Oh wait, you never had that ambition? Don’t knock it until you try it, I guess.

For automotive enthusiasts, The Crew 2 heads to PlayStation 4, offering an open-world action driving experience that lets players compete across the U.S. Those looking for an action-adventure game inspired by Indian mythologies will want to keep their eye on Raji: An Ancient Epic on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. LEGO fans have The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game and LEGO Marvel’s Avengers to look forward to, both on PlayStation 4.

One of the most interesting titles in this month’s lineup is Nour: Play With Your Food, available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. This experimental food art game “blends mouth-watering visuals, dynamic beats, and playful exploration.” Also available in this month’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog is Deliver Us Mars (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5), the sequel to the award-winning Deliver Us The Moon. In this atmospheric sci-fi adventure, players explore new frontiers on a mission to recover the ARK colony ships, stolen by the mysterious group known as Outward.

The final two games in this month’s lineup are Miasma Chronicles and Stray Blade, both on PlayStation 5. The former is a realtime exploration game with tactical, turn-based combat set in the not-too-distant future where America has been torn apart by a savage force known as the Miasma. The latter is an action-adventure game focused on intense combat. Stray Blade has players exploring the ancient ruins of a mysterious civilization while accompanied by Boji.

This month’s Classics heading to PlayStation Premium include:

  • Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (original PlayStation version) | PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5
  • Star Wars: Rebel Assault II: The Hidden Empire (original PlayStation version) | PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5
  • MediEvil (original PlayStation version) | PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5
