After first surfacing back in 2021, the cyberpunk life sim Nivalis Nights has confirmed a September 29, 2026 release date, launching on Steam first with the Epic Games Store to follow. The slice-of-life follow-up comes from Cloudpunk studio Ion Lands, published by 505 Games, and it arrives under a new name after years known simply as Nivalis.

Nivalis Nights returns to the city of Nivalis from Cloudpunk, but trades that game’s neon-noir delivery runs for a slower pace of life. It is a cyberpunk slice-of-life sim where you build a life in a sprawling future city that stretches from the ocean to the clouds, starting small with something like a noodle stand or a hole-in-the-wall bar and growing it into a proper restaurant or nightclub. You can explore the waterfront districts and back alleys on foot or by boat, source ingredients by shopping, growing, or fishing, decorate a home to your taste, and get to know the city’s residents as customers, friends, or something more. The studio is also teasing a character named Ava.

There’s no word on consoles for now, with Nivalis Nights confirmed only for Steam on September 29 and the Epic Games Store version still without a date. Ion Lands and 505 Games say more on the Epic release is coming in the weeks ahead.
