Originally announced in April, Nintendo Live 2023 will be held from September 1 to September 4 at the Seattle Convention Center alongside PAX West. The themed event will feature hands-on Nintendo Switch gameplay, live stage performances, tournaments, photo opportunities, event merchandise, and more. If you are interested in attending, you’ll have to register at the Nintendo Live website to be randomly selected for free tickets. The registration period will run from May 31 at 9:00am PDT to June 22 at 11:59pm PDT. To be eligible, the Nintendo Account holder must be at least 18 years of age. For groups of two or more, each attendee with their own Nintendo Account must be linked to the same free Nintendo Account Family group. This way, all parties in the same group can attend together and on the same day. Those who manage to get free tickets will be allowed entry for one event day. Nintendo also confirmed that children ages six and under do not need an individual event ticket to attend.

Although Nintendo Live 2023 will take place alongside PAX West, having a PAX West badge won’t guarantee entry to Nintendo Live. PAX West attendees who are interested in attending Nintendo Live will need to visit the official PAX West website for details as they become available.

Tournaments currently scheduled for the event include the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Championship 2023 and Splatoon 3 Championship 2023 tournaments.
