The first wave of March brought some heavy hitters to Game Pass, including Cyberpunk 2077 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. The second half of the month keeps the momentum going with a few standout additions heading to Game Pass Premium, headlined by a game that just won Game of the Year at pretty much every award show in existence.
Available today, March 17, is DreamWorks Gabby’s Dollhouse: Ready to Party on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. This one was announced in the wave 1 lineup, so no surprises there. It’s a family-friendly party game with mini-games and creativity-themed activities.
Tomorrow, March 18, brings two titles. First up is South of Midnight on Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC. The action-adventure from Compulsion Games is now available on Game Pass Premium, joining Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. We reviewed South of Midnight last year, and it’s a modern folktale set in the Deep South where players learn to weave an ancient power to confront mysterious creatures and face the pain haunting their hometown. Also joining on March 18 is The Alters on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, now with Game Pass Premium alongside Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. This sci-fi survival game from 11 bit studios has players creating alternate versions of themselves, each shaped by different life choices, to survive on a hostile planet. We also reviewed The Alters, and it’s one of those games with a really interesting premise that I really enjoyed.

On March 19, Disco Elysium arrives on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. If you somehow haven’t played this one, it’s a groundbreaking RPG where you play as a detective with a unique skill system, interrogating unforgettable characters and solving murders in one of the most well-written games ever made. Given everything that happened with the studio, it’s nice to see the game continue to find new audiences.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth hits Game Pass on March 24 on Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. This one brings together Ichiban Kasuga and Kazuma Kiryu in an RPG adventure that spans Japan and Hawaii. If you enjoyed Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, which joined Game Pass in February, Infinite Wealth is a must-play.
March 25 sees Absolum join on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. We reviewed Absolum and found it to be a really solid beat ’em up roguelite with gorgeous handcrafted visuals. If you’re a fan of classic arcade brawlers, this one is worth your time, especially if you have a friend to play with.

The lone day one release in this lineup is Nova Roma (Game Preview) on PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers on March 26. It’s a city-building game where players lead Roman citizens in search of new lands, building from a humble village into a thriving society while appeasing the gods with grand temples.
The Long Dark returns to Game Pass on March 30 on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. This exploration-survival game challenges solo players to survive in an expansive frozen wilderness after a geomagnetic disaster. No zombies, just you and Mother Nature.
On March 31, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard joins on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. With Resident Evil Requiem still dominating sales charts, this is a great time to go back and experience the game that reinvented the franchise with its shift to first-person survival horror.

Heading into April, Barbie Horse Trails arrives on April 2 on Cloud, Console, Handheld, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. It’s an open-world experience set in Canterbury Trails Park with horseback riding, treasure hunting, and photo opportunities. Also on April 2, the big one: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC, now with Game Pass Premium alongside Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The 2025 Game of the Year just swept the Game Developers Choice Awards and continues to rack up accolades. If you haven’t played it yet, there’s really no excuse now. We reviewed Expedition 33 last year and it’s one of the best RPGs in recent memory.
Rounding out the lineup is Final Fantasy IV on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 7 for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass subscribers. The Pixel Remaster series continues to roll out one entry per month, and Final Fantasy IV is the one that introduced the Active Time Battle system and gave us Cecil, Kain, Rosa, Rydia, a Spoony Bard, and more.
Xbox also highlighted a couple of game updates. Valorant is releasing a new agent, Miks, on March 18, and Game Pass subscribers have access to all agents through Game Pass Benefits. Sea of Thieves: Season 19 launches March 19 with improved Hourglass PvP battles, limited-time events, and multi-ship faction clashes.
Two titles are leaving the Game Pass library on March 31:
- Peppa Pig World Adventures (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Mad Streets (Cloud, Console, and PC)
