We said last week that August 19 was the day to mark down, and it’s here: preorders for the Marvel’s Wolverine PlayStation 5 hardware lineup went live this morning at 7:00 AM Pacific (10:00 AM Eastern) in the U.S. That covers the Battle Yellow Limited Edition console bundle, two DualSense wireless controllers, and console covers for both the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro. Everything ships September 15 alongside the game.
The headliner is the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Battle Yellow Limited Edition Bundle at $649.99, which includes the claw-marked yellow console, a matching DualSense wireless controller, and a download code for Marvel’s Wolverine. It’s up now at Best Buy, Target, Walmart, GameStop, and PlayStation Direct. As a reminder, the bundle only comes as a Digital Edition, so there’s no disc drive or PlayStation 5 Pro version of the console itself.
On the controller side, the standalone Battle Yellow DualSense runs $84.99 and is available at Best Buy, Target, Walmart, GameStop, and PlayStation Direct. The Adamantium DualSense, the metallic design inspired by the metal bonded to Logan’s skeleton, is also $84.99, though that one is sold through PlayStation Direct in the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, with limited quantities at select retailers everywhere else.
Console covers for anyone keeping their current hardware run $74.99 each, with the Battle Yellow design available for the standard PlayStation 5 in both disc drive and Digital Edition versions, as well as for the PlayStation 5 Pro. The Adamantium cover remains a Pro exclusive. Like the Adamantium controller, the covers are limited to PlayStation Direct in the regions above, with limited quantities at select retailers in other markets.
