We don’t have to wait much longer to see if Telltale Games’ return is a triumphant one. The Expanse: A Telltale Series is launching July 27 and today, preorders have gone live on PlayStation, Xbox, and Epic Games Store. Those who preorder on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation will be able to start playing the first episode on July 26 (24-hour early access). Telltale Games previously announced a Deluxe Edition that includes a future DLC, which it has now confirmed will be an additional episode. More details about this DLC will be announced at a later date.
The Expanse: A Telltale Series, the first game from the rebuilt studio, stars Cara Gee reprising her role as Camina Drummer from the hit television series. This series was originally canceled by SyFy and was saved by Amazon, thanks in large part to its fans. Gee’s character, widely considered a fan favorite, was portrayed fantastically in the series. I, for one, am excited to see her return to the role in a different medium. You can get an early taste of it with the story trailer below.
