Star Wars Battlefront has revealed the new Fighter Squadron mode, featuring intense dogfights between Rebel and Imperial ships. In the short two-minute trailer you can watch below, you’ll get to see all the exciting action from the numerous ships that will be at your disposal in Star Wars Battlefront including the iconic Rebel X-Wings, dreaded Imperial Tie Fighters and hero ships like the Millennium Falcon for the Rebels and Boba Fett’s Slave I for the Imperial.

Developer DICE confirmed that the new mode will focus on ship-to-ship combat above the surface of planets and the battles will feature up to 20 combatants, including AI-controlled ships to keep things nice and hectic. All those that have been anxiously awaiting a new-generation X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter experience, Star Wars Battlefront might be the best you’ll get for the foreseeable future – and by the looks of things, it might be a good enough distraction.
Star Wars Battlefront arrives on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 17, 2015.
