Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin is finally coming to PC via Steam on March 10, 2025. The open-world action RPG is set in the Bakumatsu period and was originally released for PlayStation 5 on March 22, 2024. For those unfamiliar with the title, Rise of the Ronin features a combat style that blends Japanese and Western elements by mixing katanas and spears with pistols and grappling hooks. Players can choose their destiny from Anti-shogunate, Pro-shogunate, or Western forces and create their own history during their journey.
Those who preorder the Steam version of the game will receive an early purchase bonus that’s the same as what was offered on PlayStation 5. The preorder bonus is available until 1:00am UTC on April 2, 2025. You can also find the game’s PC requirements below.
