Rayman Legends will be heading to the Sony PlayStation 4 and the Microsoft Xbox One, Ubisoft revealed today during an earnings call. The company is currently aiming for a February 2014 release date.

Rayman Legends has sold around one-million copies and was originally released in North America on September 3, 2013 for the Wii U, Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and PC. The game was originally announced to be a Wii U exclusive, but not-so-stellar sales of Nintendo’s console prompted Ubisoft to release it on other current-generation consoles.

“The PS4 and Xbox One will be released in a few days’ time and will be a new driving force for the industry,” Guillemot said in a statement. “We are confident in our capacity to rise to the short-term challenges posed by the transition phase, thanks to the very high quality of our games, which, combined with the upcoming arrival of the next-generation consoles and the traditional ramp-up of sales during the Christmas season will trigger positive momentum towards the end of the year.”
