Sony has revealed the lineup of PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for October 2023, all of which will be available from October 3 until November 6. At the top of the list is The Callisto Protocol, which was originally released December 2022. The Callisto Protocol is a narrative-driven, third-person survival horror game that catapults players 300 years into the future, where you become Jacob Lee. Jacob Lee is serving time at Black Iron Prison on Callisto, one of Jupiter’s moons, and he must escape when fellow inmates start turning into monsters. The Callisto Protocol features a mix of shooting and close-quarters combat, with players having the ability to customize weapons, gear, and abilities to escape Jupiter’s Dead Moon.

The next game on the list is a complete departure from The Callisto Protocol. In Farming Simulator 22, you step into the boots of a modern farmer in one of three varied settings—either in America or Europe. With over 400 machines and tools from over 100 real agricultural brands, including John Deere, CLAAS, Case IH, New Holland, Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, and more, Farming Simulator 22 also offers multiplayer cooperative play.

The third title in PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for October 2023 is Weird West. This dark fantasy reimagining of the Wild West is an isometric action RPG set in a simulated sandbox world where characters, factions, and even locations react to player decisions.

As a reminder, subscribers have until October 2 to add September’s Monthly Games to their library.
