Compared with Xbox, PlayStation’s lineup of special edition controllers pales. From Sky Cipher to Stormcloud Vapor, Xbox has been creating some of the best-looking controllers on the market. Recently, PlayStation debuted the God of War 20th Anniversary limited edition DualSense controller, which was mostly a disappointment to fans.

Today, Sony introduced the DualSense Icon Blue Special Edition, featuring layered shades of blue and a glossy pattern of PlayStation shapes on the touchpad. The color blue has always been associated with the PlayStation brand, and this controller aims to capture that heritage. There’s also a subtle nod to the brand’s origins, with katakana characters on the back that spell the name in Japanese: Pureisutēshon.

The controller launches in the U.S. and Canada on October 20, and in Mexico and Chile on October 28. It will have a recommended retail price of $84.99 USD / $109.99 CAD / $1,899 MXN / $93,490 CLP at Walmart locations in those regions and on Walmart’s website.

The DualSense Icon Blue Special Edition wireless controller isn’t the only PlayStation product heading to Walmart in the U.S. We can also look forward to an Astro Bot lunch box, Twisted Metal Meltz figures, a PlayStation jersey, backpack clips, and a mini backpack modeled after Ellie’s in-game pack from The Last of Us. An official post on the PlayStation Blog has more details on that merch.
