The Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter is nearing the $3-million mark with less than two days left on the project. There are three stretch goals that are still possible, with a support character being added if funding reaches the $3.1-million milestone. $3.3 million will net players a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version of the game while $3.5 million will see Mighty No. 9 head to the PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 2DS / 3DS.

Developed by former Mega Man creators, the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter started off with a bang, netting itself over $1 million in funding within a couple of days. The team at Comcept originally planned on releasing the game on PC, but a $2.2-million stretch goal guaranteed that the game will be making an appearance to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. Other stretch goals that have already been reached include a New Game Plus & Turbo modes, a making-of documentary, a bonus Boss Rush mode, Challenge mode, an extra end stage and boss, Beck & Call online co-op challenge mods and an intro stage with boss.

The project recently opened up a voting page for contributors to vote on the design for Mighty No. 9′s heroine, Call.
