Square Enix released a short synopsis on the fourth episode: “Max realizes that changing the past can lead to painful consequences and that time is not a great healer. Her investigation into the disappearance of Rachel Amber begins to reach a thrilling conclusion as she finds the Dark Room. Will the answers lie within? Or will there just be trouble?”

In today’s announcement for the release date of Life is Strange Episode 4, Square Enix also revealed that the game has sold one-million copies, although the company didn’t give a breakdown if that’s for sales of individual episodes or season pass purchases. Life is Strange is developed by Dontnod Entertainment.
