The Double Dragon Trilogy is now available for Android and iOS devices at their respective stores. Available for just $2.99 on both platforms, the Double Dragon Trilogy includes Double Dragon, Double Dragon 2: The Revenge and Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone. The trilogy is published by DotEmu and features three difficulty levels, one of which is called “mobile” and has been balanced for touchscreen controls.

Two game modes are available for all three games in the trilogy: Story and Arcade. In Story Mode, mobile gamers will progress through the games to unlock stages and achievements, while Arcade mode will allow players to play through the game going for the highest score possible. All three games offer co-op play for two players via Bluetooth and feature customizable controls as well as the choice between the original 8-bit soundtrack or a remastered one.

Currently, the Android version will support gamepads while a future update will allow the iOS version to do the same.
