The developer and publisher of Guilty Gear, Arc System Works, has announced it is opening a European branch in Paris, France, called Arc System Works Europe. The new subsidiary was announced as the company celebrates its 36th anniversary.

Arc System Works Europe’s first announced project is HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT, a new 2D 3v3 fighting game based on the anime and manga Hunter x Hunter. The game will launch sometime this year on PlayStation 5, Switch, and PC. More information will be announced throughout the year, with the company teasing a fan favorite debuting at EVO Las Vegas from July 19 to July 21. A demo of the game will also be available during Japan Expo Paris, at the Bushiroad Games booth. Arc System Works America is handling the publishing and distribution of the game in North America.
