The multiplayer murder mystery action game from Square Enix and Tactic Studios is launching into Early Access on February 12, 2026. For its Early Access launch, it’ll be available at a special price of $9.99, as Square Enix confirmed the price will increase at its official release. For now, there’s no confirmed 1.0 release date or release pricing.

As for the game itself, Killer Inn features 24 players who are invited to a mysterious castle by an organization called Astra. There, players are randomly and secretly assigned one of two roles. The first role is Wolves, whose mission is to hunt and kill, while the other is Lambs, who must fight back and survive or escape the castle. Since killers are hiding in plain sight, players will have to question everything, including their closest allies. Regardless of which side you’re on, all players must kill, be killed, or escape by the end of the night.

Killer Inn sounds like an interesting take on the Among Us craze, but it adds a bit of a battle royale mechanic to the mix. It’ll be interesting to see if Killer Inn manages to capture an audience.
