The Evil Within will be heading to the 2013 Tokyo Game Show with a new trailer, which you can watch below. The game is currently being developed by Tango Gameworks and will be published by Bethesda Softworks. Directing its development is Shinji Mikami who is best known for creating the Resident Evil series. Mikami also contributed to Viewtiful JoeDevil May CryAce AttorneyResident Evil 4 and Vanquish.

According to Bethesda, The Evil Within will embody “the meaning of pure survival horror.” Featuring highly-crafted environments, horrifying anxiety and an intricate story, the game’s elements will be brought together to create an immersive world.

The Evil Within will be released in 2014 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
