Zelda has been added to the roster of playable characters in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. title heading to the Nintendo Wii U, 2DS and 3DS consoles. Zelda joins an ever-growing cast of characters that have already been announced including Rosalina & Luma, Marth, Sonic the Hedgehog, Toon Link, Peach, Luigi, Pikmin & Olimar, Villager, Mega Man, Wii Fit Trainer, Mario, Donkey Kong, Link, Samus, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, Bowser and Pit.

The new Super Smash Bros. title is expected to be released sometime next year.
