Nintendo will be hosting a Super Smash Bros. Wii U Direct on October 23 starting at 3:00 PM PT / 6:00 PM ET. The company promises that “50 new things” will be revealed during the Super Smash Bros. Wii U Direct which will be released on November 21. Earlier, Nintendo teased two new modes featuring Master Hand and Crazy Hand, while rumors through an Amazon leak revealed that the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Wii U will feature a stage creation mode and a board game mode that aren’t available in the 3DS version of the game.
Super Smash Bros. 3DS was originally released in Japan on September 13 where it quickly sold over one-million copies. The game was released in North America and Europe on October 3.
