Microsoft has announced the two games for Games with Gold June 2023: Adios and The Vale: Shadow of the Crown. Both titles are unique, narrative-driven games and are available on both Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Adios is available from June 1 to June 30, while The Vale: Shadow of the Crown will be available a bit later, starting from June 16 and lasting until July 15.

In Adios, players take on the role of a pig farmer in Kansas who also helps the mob dispose of bodies. You’ve finally had enough of dealing with the mob and decide enough is enough, but a hitman friend is trying to convince you otherwise, since he knows the consequences of saying no.

The Vale: Shadow of the Crown is a very different experience, one that focuses on sound and haptic controller feedback to create an audio-based adventure. In this adventure, players experience intense combat that’s very different than what they’d typically find in other combat and fantasy games.
