It’s hard to believe P.T. is over 10 years old now, as the playable teaser came before Kojima and Konami went their separate ways. While Kojima will likely never say it out loud, his upcoming OD project with Xbox Game Studios appears to be his vision for P.T. that never came to fruition. Following a teaser from The Game Awards 2023, Kojima Productions has shared a new trailer ahead of Tokyo Game Show 2025 for OD: Knock, starring Sophia Lillis. It was previously confirmed that the game will also feature Udo Kier and Hunter Schafer.

It’s probably best to watch the trailer yourself since words can’t do it any justice. If this is in-engine footage, the game looks nothing short of a movie and really shows the capabilities of Unreal Engine and MetaHuman. There’s also some partially redacted text sprinkled throughout the trailer to set the mysterious tone of the game. For now, though, it looks terrifying, and we’re sure horror enthusiasts can’t wait to see what Kojima is cooking after the disappointment of P.T. never becoming a reality.
