The December 2013 Nintendo Direct focused on games that are coming out for the Wii U, 2DS and 3DS consoles through spring 2014, but also showed footage from working titles including Hyrule Warriors and Super Smash Bros.

Though it was less than 35 minutes long, the December 2013 Nintendo Direct did pack a lot of content. Games and featured showcased during the event are: Hyrule Warriors, Kirby Triple Deluxe, Yoshi’s New Island, Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder, Pokemon Bank and Poke Transporter, Bravely Default, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Sonic Lost World, Wii Sports Club, NES Remix, Dr. Luigi, Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart 8.
