The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Wii U bundle has become official and will launch on September 20, 2013 with a suggested retail price of $299.99. The bundle will include a 32 GB black Deluxe Wii U console, a GamePad controller that has been decorated with gold lettering, a gold Hyrule crest, and gold symbols from the game, a download code for the digital version of Hyrule Historia, and a code that can be used to download The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD from the Nintendo eShop.
Those hoping to get a physical copy of the game with the bundle is out of luck. Nintendo has announced that the physical copy of the game won’t arrive in stores until October 4, 2013. For patient gamers that really want to hold something in their hand, the physical copy of The Wind Waker HD will come with distinctive gold-foil packaging and will retail at $49.99 (same price as digital download).
In addition, GameStop will be getting an exclusive Ganondorf figurine bundled with the physical game at a suggested retail price of $54.99.
