Splatoon Raiders is a little over a month away, but we’re going to learn a lot more about it soon. The game is getting its own showcase, as announced at the latest Nintendo Direct. A Splatoon Raiders Direct is set for June 30, ahead of the single-player spin-off’s July 23 launch on Nintendo Switch 2.

Splatoon Raiders is a single-player-focused Splatoon adventure that sends you hunting for treasure across the mysterious Spirhalite Islands alongside Deep Cut, a trio of swashbuckling musicians. You customize your own look and deploy weapons and upgradeable gadgets to suit your play style, leveling up and growing stronger as you battle Salmonid enemies, with a member of Deep Cut riding alongside you in an Exploration Bot during raids.

The June 30 Direct will offer the next dedicated look at the game ahead of release, and preorders are open now. Nintendo is pitching Splatoon Raiders as ink-splattered fun for seasoned Inklings and newcomers alike.
