Nintendo has revealed an exclusive Smash Run mode that will be heading only to the 2DS and 3DS version of Super Smash Bros. In Smash Run mode, up to four players will start off in a dungeon-like stage searching for power ups. Those players will fight enemies and look for power ups during a five-minute time limit, and once those five minutes are up, the powered up fighters will then proceed to battle one another. The mode is made for quick and fun player, and enemies in the Smash Run mode will be pulled from various Nintendo franchises. It’s a blend of fighting both enemy characters and human rivals and definitely sounds like a ton of fun.
