Super Smash Bros. 3DS is off to a fast start in Japan, moving past the one-million sales mark following its release on September 13. Nintendo announced that the sales figures include downloaded copies and so far the success of Super Smash Bros. 3DS is on par with other games such as Pokemon X, Pokemon Y, Monster Hunter 4 and Yokai Watch 2 – all of which passed the one-million mark in their first week on the shelves.
Super Smash Bros. 3DS will head to North America on October 3 before it is released on the Wii U sometime this holiday season.
