The PS Vita Slim will be heading to North America, Sony confirmed today on Twitter. Though a definitive release date was not announced, the company did promise that more details on the slimmer, lighter handheld will come soon. The PS Vita Slim recently launched on February 7 in the UK and was available in Japan last year.
In addition, Sony announced that Borderlands 2 will be released on the PS Vita this spring while a God of War collection (God of War 1, God of War 2) and Sly Cooper collection are also on their way.
The PS Vita Slim will launch with a Borderlands 2 bundle that contains a black WiFi PS Vita Slim, a downloadable copy of Borderlands 2 and an 8 GB memory card.
