Just when we thought all the news on Super Smash Bros. was over, the Direct revealed that Pokemons Charizard and Greninja will also be joining the roster. Charizard is a veteran fighter having made an appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but Greninja will be a new addition to the series. Both have been confirmed as playable characters, making the upcoming Super Smash Bros. roster even more impressive and full of variety.

No definitive release date has been announced for the new Super Smash Bros., but it will be released on the 2Ds and 3DS in summer 2014 before heading to the Wii U this winter.
