This gaming year continues to be one of the best years of all time with fantastic games seemingly releasing every month. PlayStation recently revealed a few surprises in its list of top-downloaded games for August 2023. In the U.S. and Canada for PlayStation 5, the top games were Madden NFL 24, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Meanwhile, in the EU, Grand Theft Auto V remains dominant, with FIFA 23 and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre following closely.
