Kalypso Media has shared a new teaser video for Tropico 5, which will be heading to the PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PC and Linux this summer. The video doesn’t show off any gameplay for the highly anticipated city builder, but does strike humor with El Presidente arriving to assume his dictatorship on Tropico island. The next iteration in the popular series will have players expanding their dynasty’s reign from the early colonial period to beyond the 21st Century. In addition, the game will add all new challenges, advanced trading mechanics, technology and scientific research. But most importantly, it will be the first time the game has cooperative and competitive multiplayer for up to four players.
