The Tropico 5 release date has been set for May 23, 2014 for the PC version while the Mac and Xbox 360 versions will be released this summer. The PlayStation 4 variant won’t be hitting Sony’s console until this fall. Kalypso Media also announced that it is working on an extensive Steam OS Linux-based version for Tropico 5 and that version will be released alongside the Steam Machines.
