Game Pass might have six new additions for the first half of September 2025, but most gamers will only care about one of them. Before we get to that title, though, I Am Your Beast is available starting today on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers. This first-person shooter is a short-form covert revenge thriller about being hunted across the North American wilderness by the military-industrial complex. Players take on the role of secret agent Alphonse Harding, who has been retired for six years and now must deal with the Covert Operations Initiative (COI).

On September 3, Nine Sols will be available on Game Pass Standard for Xbox Series X|S. This 2D action-platformer features Sekiro-inspired parrying and takes players through an Asian-inspired fantasy world. Nine Sols almost serves as an appetizer for the main course: Hollow Knight: Silksong, a day one release on September 4. Available on Cloud, Console, and PC for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, this long-awaited sequel is Steam’s most-wishlisted game and finally arrives after years of anticipation.

If Hollow Knight: Silksong doesn’t interest you, Cataclismo also joins the lineup on September 4 for PC (Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass). This real-time strategy game is all about resource management, siege defense, and exploration, as players are challenged to design and build fortresses brick by brick to withstand attacks from endless hordes of Horrors.

Making a return to the Game Pass library on September 10 is PAW Patrol World for Cloud, Console, and PC to Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Standard subscribers. This 3D action-adventure lets players explore the world of the PAW Patrol cartoon, featuring their favorite pups in fun rescues and missions.

The final title for the first half of September, barring any surprise additions, is RoadCraft on Cloud and Xbox Series X|S. Joining the library on September 16 for Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass Standard subscribers, RoadCraft puts players in control of over 40 authentic construction vehicles to clear debris, repair roads and bridges, and restore essential infrastructure following natural disasters.

Along with these titles joining the Game Pass library in the first half of September, three games will be leaving on September 15:

  • All You Need is Help (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Wargroove 2 (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • We Love Katamari Reroll+ Royal Reverie (Cloud, Console, and PC)
