In celebration of reaching its Kickstarter goal for the Awesomenauts: Starstorm expansion, Ronimo Games has announced that Awesomenauts will be free-to-play this week until Sunday afternoon on September 15. That means you can log onto Steam from your PC to check out what the side-scrolling MOBA is all about, and if you become a fan of the game you can also purchase it for just $3.39, 66 percent off its normal price.
In addition, Awesomenauts has a three-pack special on Steam for just $6.79, which means if you have two friends you can field your own team for about the same cost as a Happy Meal. Ronimo Games is also knocking off 50 percent from its Costume Party DLCs, which are now $7.49. Yeah, it’s sorta crazy that you can get three copies of the game for less than some costumes.
Nonetheless, the Awesomenauts: Starstorm Kickstarter has raised over $210,000 in funding with eight days to go. Full Cleared highly recommends you to check out Awesomenauts for a nice, casual, and fun gaming experience. It’s especially a blast if you have a couple of friends to play with.
