Originally released on PlayStation 5, PC, and mobile devices in July 2024, HoYoverse’s Zenless Zone Zero is finally heading to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox Cloud Gaming on June 6, 2025. To celebrate the launch of the game on Xbox, Zenless Zone Zero is offering players exclusive rewards on the platform, including the in-game title “The Xenless” for free. The free-to-play title is part of the expanding HoYoverse universe, which all started with Genshin Impact. In Zenless Zone Zero, a supernatural disaster has taken out most of civilization and Proxies serve as professional guides for Agents to enter the Hollows, mysterious disaster zones that have been left behind. The game’s Xbox launch coincides with the release of Version 2.0, which sends players to the Waifei Peninsula under the directive of the Mayor of New Eridu.
On Xbox Series X|S, Zenless Zone Zero supports DirectX RayTracing, HDR, and native 4K resolution at 60 FPS. Xbox controller support has also been implemented with customized vibrations for enhanced immersion during battles, along with support for the Xbox Series X|S Quick Resume feature. Of course, existing players can just link their Zenless Zone Zero accounts to play seamlessly across devices.
