Earlier this week, Xbox confirmed it had ended its $1 trial offer for Game Pass. This led to speculation that Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family might be launching in the U.S. in the near future, and it sure sounds like that’s the case. There is an indexed landing page that is actually appearing in Google search results and currently the title of the page says “Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family – Xbox Game Pass — Test – 1 Month. It looks like the page should have been flagged no-index, but it’s clear Xbox is getting ready to launch its Friends & Family subscription service for Xbox Game Pass.

According to the page, the Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family subscription will give up to five family members and friends Xbox Game Pass Ultimate access. At the time of publishing however, the page is showing pricing at $14.99 / month, which is the same price as Xbox Game Pass Ultimate — so it’s likely a placeholder. Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family is already available in other markets, including Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, Chile, Hungary, Israel, and Sweden.

We’ll be sure to update this post with pricing information when the service officially goes live.
