A special edition, white Xbox One will be made available to Microsoft employees in its Interactive Entertainment Business department for free. In addition, those lucky workers will be getting an achievement, all first-party launch games, and one year of Xbox Live, all on the Xbox One’s launch day. The image was first posted on Reddit, and seen on the face of the white Xbox One is the inscription: “I made this.”
As for the fine print, “IEB FTEs” stands for “Interactive Entertainment Business, Full-Time Equivalent” employees that were employed at Microsoft as of July 12, 2013 and will still be employed there at the time of the system’s launch. Unfortunately, it appears that even Microsoft employees don’t know the launch date of the Xbox One.
