White Xbox One Snags $11,300 for Wounded Warrior Project

The white Xbox One, which is exclusive to Microsoft employees, has sold for $11,300 on eBay with all its proceeds going to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project. The limited white Xbox One is a gift to employees who worked on the console. As for the white Xbox One that was put up for auction on eBay, it will presumably be the only one sold to the public.

The winning bidder not only got himself the limited edition white Xbox One, but also received one year of Xbox Live and a copy of the following games: Forza Motorsport 5, Ryse: Son of Rome, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, Project Spark and Crimson Dragon.

The Xbox One will be officially released this Friday on November 15, 2013 and will have a retail price of $499.99.
