Though it probably won’t affect too many titles, Microsoft has announced its Season Pass Guarantee program, where gamers will be able to purchase a Season Pass for a participating Xbox 360 title and automatically receive access to download the equivalent Xbox One Season Pass. Of course Xbox Live customers must own a copy of the game each system in order to take advantage of the Season Pass Guarantee. According to Microsoft, some of the biggest publishers including Activision, Electronic Arts, and Ubisoft have already signed up to the program and more publishers and titles will be announced in the coming months.
