Bungie will continue its relationship with Sony, offering PlayStation gamers timed exclusive content for Destiny 2. On PlayStation 4, Destiny 2 will receive an additional cooperative multiplayer map, a three-player cooperative Strike, a blue and white colored ship, specialized gear sets, and an exclusive exotic weapon. Destiny 2 will head to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 home consoles on September 6, before heading to the PC starting October 24.

For now, Bungie has confirmed that the game will run at 30 frames per second on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One systems, including PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X. The developer is looking at the possibility of running at 4K / 60 fps on the Xbox One X. PC gamers will get to look forward to 60 fps.

As for the exclusive content, Bungie’s Luke Smith confirmed on Twitter it won’t arrive on the Xbox One and PC until next year. Although an exact date or month hasn’t been announced, Activision did say the content would remain exclusive “until at least Fall 2018.”

Those that pre-order Destiny 2 will get access to a beta on July 18, says Sony. You can learn more about the exclusive content for PlayStation gamers by watching the video above.
