Path of Exile has announced its new pay to win program, allowing players to use real money in order to win at the game. But how exactly do you win in Path of Exile, an action RPG that revolves around farming gear? Can you just buy amazing loot with real money (cough cough Diablo III Real Money Auction House), or is it something even more extravagant?

It’s always entertaining when a developer is willing to poke fun at the gaming industry and the more than charming tactics some companies employ to “nickel and dime” its players.
