Nintendo Video is launching five new series of shows this fall with the new short-form videos debuting today on the Nintendo 2DS and 3DS consoles. Owners who have already downloaded the Nintendo Video application onto their devices will automatically receive the new shows as they become available.
The first of the new shows, which debuts today, is The Legend of Zelda: The Misadventures of Link. The original series of comedic shorts feature Nintendo’s famous hero in a new and hysterical light. The series will be based on The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD for the Nintendo Wii U console.
The other four shows being added include Pikmin Nature Documentaries, Bravest Warriors, Wildheart Riukiu and Bee and Puppycat.
“This latest set of great new shows for Nintendo Video gives fans a unique way to enjoy two of their favorite Nintendo franchises, in addition to hand-picked series from some of the most imaginative and successful creators in the world of animation,” said Tony Elison, Nintendo of America’s senior director of Business Development.
