Mortal Kombat X has been officially announced by NetherRealm Studios and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, with a trailer showing off next-gen technology. The trailer cinematic shows off an epic battle between old-time rivals Scorpion and Sub-Zero and according to the game’s publisher, it will be heading to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC next year. Details on Mortal Kombat X have been kept light, but expect more to come with E3 coming next week.
