Mortal Kombat X will be released on April 14, 2015 in North America, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced. The latest entry in the storied Mortal Kombat series is being developed by NetherRealm Studios and will be heading to the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Those opting to pre-order Mortal Kombat X will receive Goro as an exclusive character, which marks the return of the four-armed warrior that debuted in the original Mortal Kombat.

Goro was last playable in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, which was released in 2006 and will join other fighters from previous entries including Kano, Raiden, Sub-Zero and Scorpion. Other characters revealed so far for Mortal Kombat X include Cassie Cage, D’Vorah, Ferra/Torr and Kotal Kahn.
