Pokemon X and Pokemon Y will launch on October 12, 2013 worldwide for the Nintendo 3DS and the official Pokemon channel on YouTube has just released a video showcasing the game’s newest feature: Mega Pokemon. Meet Mega Mewtwo, Mega Lucario, and Mega Blaziken in a new trailer that you can watch below.

Super Evolutions are new super-powerful forms for specific Pokemons that will change the Pokemon’s appearance, abilities, and even type. The Super Evolutions can only happen during battles, and the Mega Evolved Pokemons will revert to their normal forms once the battle is over.
