It’s a bit strange to hear a digital game has gone gold, but at least now we know Marvel Rivals won’t be delayed. The upcoming team-based PvP shooter, one of our top games to play in December 2024, clearly draws inspiration from Overwatch but adds its own spin with Marvel characters and unique team-up skills. The game features a 6v6 format with dynamic, changing battlefields and destructible environments, all inspired by the Marvel universe. Developed and published by NetEase Games, Marvel Rivals could be a successful game if the monetization model is reasonable.

Here is the confirmed roster of characters for Marvel Rivals:

  • Adam Warlock
  • Black Panther
  • Captain America
