After hosting the Street Fighter 6 showcase in April, Lil’ Wayne has returned to star in the Street Fighter 6 launch trailer. Bringing this trailer to life is Nomadic Agency, led by Chief Creative Officer Tim Washburn and President Dawn Bates. Serving as Creative Director for the trailer is Lucas McClain, while the Senior Art Director is Jonathan Marques. Senior Producer Andrea Abbott, Account Director Emma Brill, Senior Copywriter Lindsay Curtis, and Project Manager Jaclyn Blanchette are also credited for the launch trailer. Production for the trailer was handled by Joyrider.
The latest entry in the storied franchise will give players the ability to create a customizable avatar that can be used in the single-player, RPG-like World Tour mode. The Fighting Ground delivers the classic fighting game experience, while the Battle Hub is where players can compete against one another.
Street Fighter 6 will launch with an 18-character roster that includes eight of the original Street Fighter World Warriors. Here’s the full list: Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Guile, Zangief, E. Honda, Blanka, Dhalsim, Cammy, Juri, Dee Jay, Luke, Lily, Jamie, Kimberly, Manon, Marisa, and JP.
